La Crosse WS-8035U-IT Wireless 915mhz Forecast Station with Pressure Graph & In/Out Temps!

We had a remote thermometer. Some of us live far enough North that the temp drops to -20deg.. This thermometer stops reading at that temp. When I ask what could be done they said we were on our own .don’t bother with them there not worth it.

My weather station was a piece of JUNK. After one year I took the batteries out (properly) I must add to change them because they were going down and it hasn’t worked right since. I did all that la crosse
told me to do to reset it but it was to no avail. I will NEVER buy anything that comes from or is made by la crosse AGAIN because all I
got from them was a piece of JUNK.

While the instructions and the manual lead you to believer that this unit works with additional sensors, it does NOT!.

The station is bigger than expected but looks very nice anyway. my main concern is that the range of the wireless sensor seems to be much smaller than expected. I had to move the station around several times to make sure I was in the range of the sensor.
Also there no maximum/minimum data which I usually like to see on weather stations. Next time I will look more closely at the features.
Overall not bad but doesn’t quite hit the mark.
